Manowara is a 55 years old hardworking entrepreneur, who is engaged in Aari embroidery business. With steady improvement from her small enterprise, Manowara is able to give financial sustenance to her family members. She is now living a happy life with her husband and one son at Baikara village in the district of North 24- Parganas. Her husband is engaged in a petty business and her son helps her in her work.
Monowara's main source of income comes from her Aari embroidery work. She does embroidery works by hand at home for many years to support her family. She purchases raw materials for embroidery work; she completes her tasks over a wooden frame. She makes beautiful patterns on sarees and dupattas for the people of her community as per the demand. Her designs are much in demand and she has managed to consolidate a clientele that allows her to contribute to the expenses of her home. She has become an expert in her art and wants to buy raw material of her business.
Now Monowara needs a loan to further improve her business. To help her to continue her operations, she has requested a loan of Rs. 15,000 to buy reels of threads in different colors, beads, and other necessary things for its embellishment.
